Faith & Holiday LLP vets and seats recruiters in four service lines, and introduces companies to those members. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or contact us, how we use it, and how you can control it.
We collect only what you give us and what we need to run the vetting and introduction process:
If you tick the messaging consent box on a form and give a mobile number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Faith & Holiday LLP relating to your enquiry or application — acknowledgements, scheduling, and introduction updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of being considered for membership, and you may decline messaging and still use every part of this site.
To reply to your enquiry, to introduce companies to the member whose practice fits the role, to carry out the annual vetting steps a recruiter has agreed to, and to keep records of those checks. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Faith & Holiday staff involved in vetting and introductions; the member recruiter you are introduced to, when you ask for an introduction; and the service providers who host our systems and deliver our email and SMS. When an applicant nominates client contacts, we contact those clients directly to verify satisfaction. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.
Enquiries are kept for two years; application and audit material is kept for the membership year plus six years, as professional record-keeping requires. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to privacy@faithholiday.com and we reply within 30 days.
If this policy changes we update the date above and, for material changes affecting messaging, we tell you by email or SMS. Questions: privacy@faithholiday.com. See also our Terms of Use.
