Using this site

By using this site or submitting a form on it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not submit a form. You must be at least 18 and act for yourself or with authority to act for the company you name.

Introductions

An introduction to a member recruiter is free and is exactly that — an introduction. Any engagement, fee, or placement agreement is between you and that recruiter. Faith & Holiday is not a party to it, does not set its terms, and does not guarantee an outcome.

Membership and vetting

Applying does not create a seat. Seats are limited to ten per service line, are confirmed once at the start of the membership year, and are re-earned annually. Submitting an application means agreeing to testing, five years of audited financial statements, audited taxes and recruiting billings, direct client satisfaction checks, and evidence of placements at both smaller and Fortune 500 companies. Material you submit must be accurate; a false statement ends the application and any seat granted on it.

Text messaging terms

These terms govern the messaging programme you join by ticking the SMS consent box and giving a mobile number.

  • Programme description: conversational and transactional messages about your enquiry or application — acknowledgements, document requests, scheduling, and introduction updates. We do not send marketing texts.
  • Consent: messaging is optional. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, of an introduction, or of being considered for membership.
  • Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts. Reply HELP, or write to sms@faithholiday.com, for assistance.
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: no mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
  • Your number: tell us if your mobile number changes or stops being yours, so we do not text someone else about your file.
